Under the insurance contract, the liability of all users of the building specified in the insurance contract, to whom such responsibility may be assigned, is considered insured.
The beneficiary of the risk of loss (death), damage to property is a person who has an interest based on legislation or a contract in preserving the property accepted for insurance, in whose favor an insurance contract has been concluded.
According to the risk of civil liability, the beneficiary is the victim.
Property located within the territory of the USA and located at the address specified in the contract as the place of insurance (hereinafter referred to as the place of insurance) is considered insured. The place of insurance is determined by the land plot (cadastral number, postal address or other designation of the plot), and in the absence of a dedicated land plot – by the postal address of the building or other designation relative to the location of the insured property.
The property is considered insured in buildings and outside buildings on the land plot (if there is such a plot) at the place of insurance.
If the insured property is withdrawn from the place of insurance, the insurance coverage in respect of it is terminated.
The object of insurance is the property interests of the policyholder (beneficiary, responsible person) that do not contradict the legislation, related to:
– loss (death) or damage to property owned, used, disposed of by the policyholder or another beneficiary named in the contract;
– with liability for obligations arising in the event of damage to the property of the victims when using the residential building by the persons specified in paragraph, as well as other insured property on the land plot (at the place of insurance).
The following property is accepted for insurance:
– residential buildings.
Residential buildings (with the exception of garden houses) are accepted for insurance if they are put into operation in accordance with the law (there is an act of acceptance of the facility into operation) or a technical inventory has been carried out in respect of them (there is a list of technical characteristics or a technical passport), regardless of the state registration of the residential building.
Garden houses are accepted for insurance if a technical inventory has been carried out in relation to them (there is a list of technical characteristics or a technical passport), regardless of the state registration of the garden house;
– apartments in blocked residential buildings, including utility rooms of the apartment and outdoor areas related to the apartment (balconies, loggias, terraces), porches and other entrance elements (stairs, canopies, etc.).
Apartments in blocked residential buildings are accepted for insurance if they are put into operation in accordance with the law or a technical inventory has been carried out in relation to them (there is a list of technical characteristics or a technical passport), regardless of the state registration of the apartment;
– outbuildings.
Outbuildings are accepted for insurance only if there is a residential building accepted for insurance on the land plot (apartments in a blocked residential building) provided:
if they are put into operation in accordance with the legislation (there is an act of acceptance of the object into operation) or a technical inventory has been carried out in relation to them (there is a list of technical characteristics or a technical passport), regardless of the state registration of outbuildings – for all outbuildings, except for those located on the territory of horticultural associations;
if a technical inventory has been carried out in relation to them (there is a list of technical characteristics or a technical passport), regardless of the state registration of outbuildings – for outbuildings located on the territory of horticultural associations;
– fences.
Fences are accepted for insurance only if there is a residential building accepted for insurance on the land plot (apartments in a blocked residential building).
As part of fences, gates and gates (wooden, metal, plastic) adjacent to residential buildings or apartments in blocked residential buildings (gate leaves, door leaf are fixed on such buildings) or adjacent to a hedge and are a passage (passage) to a land plot (place of insurance) or enclosing part of the site are considered insured;
– household property located in: residential buildings; residential and utility rooms of an apartment in a blocked residential building; in auxiliary rooms for individual use (basements, etc.) of a blocked residential building intended for use by one family, provided that the property can be located there by affiliation, economic purpose, use and storage conditions; in outbuildings; on a plot of land.
